Enjoy excellent value with 22% off our Bed & Breakfast rate when you stay Sunday to Thursday. While this discount doesn't apply to Friday and Saturday nights, you're welcome to extend your stay through the weekend.

As an added extra Rooms in Grand 22 suitable for families we are throwing in free meals for kids at dinner from our children's menu throughout their stay. These rooms include the G22 Standard Plus, G22 Family Sea View and our spacious G22 Suites.

Grand 22 is our stylish annex located just 50 metres along the promenade from the main hotel. You'll enjoy spacious, modern rooms with full access to the hotel's facilities, including leisure amenities, breakfast and check-in, just a short stroll away.

Booking Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

Flexible - 24 Hours

Credit/Debit card details will be required to secure your reservation.

  • No payment will be taken until arrival or in the event of non-arrival.
  • You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time up to 2pm the day before arrival (24 hours prior to arrival)
  • Payment for you package is due on arrival at the hotel
  • In the event of a no-show or late cancellation the full amount of the booking is chargeable.
25% Deposit

A non refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  • Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
  • All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
  • The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 7 days before arrival.
  • Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, if we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
  • Travel insurance is recommended
Package Deposit - 30 Days

A non refundable £300 deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  • Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
  • All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
  • The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 2pm 30 days days before arrival.
  • Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will sacrifice the full deposit. If we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
  • The remaining package balance is due for payment on check in. Any extras accumulated during the stay are due on check out.
  • Travel insurance is recommended
£100 Deposit - 7 Days

£100 deposit will be taken upon booking:

  • Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
  • All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, if we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.

Full Pre-Payment

Full pre-payment will be taken upon booking:

  • Once booked it cannot be refunded
  • Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Modifying your reservation may incur additional charges.

1 Night Deposit

A non refundable 1 night deposit is required to confirm the booking.
